Small Group Team Welcome to the Small Group Leader Team!Small Groups are vital to RUF. The importance of the fellowship, learning, and good times that result from Small Groups cannot be overstated. Helping to make these Small Groups happen each semester are the leaders behind them. RUF seeks to provide students with a wide array of different Small Group bible studies to get involved in. The topic of study for each of these small groups differs based on the heart of each leader leading them. RUF desires to not only cater to the larger RUF student body, but to serve each and every Small Group leader by helping them to develop their leadership abilities. Small Groups run the course of a semester, and can have as many or as little group members as the leader wishes. There is lots of freedom for the Small Group leader to decide what material to cover in the study, when and where to host the study, and how to lead and conduct the study. If you are someone who has relational and leadership gifts, this is THE service team for you! RUF would love to see you grow as a believer in Jesus through leading other people to do the same!
